Q. How long will it take to start insurance?

You can make your payment over the phone, at our office, or at one of over five hundred payment centers. Once your payment is made we will provide you with instant proof of insurance.
Q. Where can I make my payments?
A. We take payments over the phone, at our office, on our website, via the US mail or at one of over five hundred payment centers which accept our payments. We accept cash, checks, money orders and credit cards. The payment centers take cash payments only.
Q. Have you been in business a long time?
A. We have been family owned and operated since 1960, over fifty years!
Q. What happens if I need SR-22?

Q. Can you insure me if I don’t have a US drivers license?
A. We have companies who will insure drivers with international, foreign drivers licenses. They will even insure owners of vehicles who have no license at all. If you don’t have a drivers license having insurance does not give you permission to drive. You are supposed to have the car driven by someone who has a valid license.
Q. If I make a claim, will my Insurance Company non-renew my policy?
A. A lot depends on the type of claim and how much it was for. However, as we work with many Insurance Companies, we will almost always find another one for you if your insurance company does not want to renew your policy.
Q. What do I do if I have an auto accident?
A. First, take photos of the scene using the camera on your phone or else keep an inexpensive disposable camera in your glove compartment to take pictures of the vehicles, the scene, and the people involved. This helps prove who was actually there. Don’t be shy about using it! Make sure your current proof of Insurance is in your glove compartment at all times. (It’s also the law.)
Try to get relevant details from the other person, or persons, involved. At the very least you need:
- Their name, address and phone number
- The name of their Insurance Company and their policy number
- License plate and serial number
