You can sign in to make an online payment. If you are Insured, use your user name as the first 6 digits immediately following the letters ACT in your account number (ACT-XXXXXX) and your 5 digit zip code as your password.

You can make your payment over the phone, at our office, or at one of over five hundred payment centers.

We suggest you contact Active to confirm that Active has received your payment. Payment center is not an insurance agent or an agent of Active. Payment at a payment center does not constitute payment to Active until received by Active.
